    I have an account with BOSI which is now managed by Certus.
    On my annual statements that I received there are two further names mentioned on my account who I have no idea who they are.

    Firstly I am concerned who else is seeing my information and secondly are these people down as joint owners of my property?

    All advise welcome.

    Contact them immediately, you may be the victim of identity fraud.
