    The thread title is "The Funny Side of Religion". While the image you posted may or may not have been historically accurate, there was nothing remotely funny about it.

    I don't think anyone wants to directly censor you, we all know that what you posted is true according to the book. More precisely, the image itself is not funny, so does not really belong in this particular thread.
    Surely it'd be more a Hazards of Religion post or similar?

    Humour is personal, what one person will laugh at another might find offensive. I'm not easily offended, and am easily enough amused, but found the last bunch of posts by yourself and lucifer morningstar to be a pretty píss poor dig at Islam, which came across as pretty bitter and humourless.

    Plenty of opportunity on other threads to reasonably highlight the many problems with Islam, but I come to this thread in the hope of a smile rather than a scowl.
