because im a realist and can see that teams losing 8-0 and unable to improve beyond a point won't be any fun after q while.

The squad cap will make it a lot fairer and 40 teams means there's plenty of 90 players to go around.

As the boards league shows, Manchester United Liverpool etc are down the bottom of the table.

If it's 30 I'd like to pick the next 10 top teams, might be easier to get other managers then.

I'll use a randomize number generator, as was suggested earlier, to decide what Div each team goes to
