Having difficutly sending PMs

    Twice recently I have been told I can't send PMs. Both times I get a message saying the recipient has chosen not to receive PMs but since one of them is a representative of a hosted company here and requested I PM her I doubt that to be the case.

    Not sure if this is the right place for it, but can someone look into it for me? Thanks.
