Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Big match for both teams, a win for Arsenal will keep them top while Norwich are looking to get going themselves after finding themselves in the relegation zone and desperadly need a result today. It finished 3-1 last year and was the game where Arsenal made the start of their comeback to catch Spurs last year.
    Prediction 3-1

    Teams
Arsenal: Szczesny, Sagna, Koscielny, Mertesacker, Gibbs, Wilshere, Arteta, Flamini, Cazorla, Ozil, Giroud.
Norwich: Ruddy; Martin, Bassong (c), Turner, Olsson; Tettey, Fer, Howson; Snodgrass, Pilkington, Hooper.

And we get to see this for the first time

That the confirmed team? Surprised to see Sanga and Carzola start. And surprised to see Arteta and Flamini playing but its good to give Ramsey a rest.

    Predicting a 4 -- 0 and a Wilshere (anytime) goal today.

Used a 2 quid free bet on Wilshere first goal and 4-1. Was gonna go 2-0 halftime/4-1 fulltime. Now let's get ready for 1-1 with an o.g. :pac:

I don't think we will make our usual mistakes this season. We have grown up.

Can't wait to see Cazorla and Ozil play together! Been a long wait and the bloody international break didn't ease the frustration either. Fantastic to have Arsenal back today, I think we'll win comfortably today.

Look at that for a midfield: Wilshere--Arteta--Flamini--Cazorla--Ozil

We need to get men into the box and get better crosses in to them.

We must have 80% possession here.

My god it's even better than I first thought! I thought it came off the Norwich player coming back to Giroud but was a brilliant touch by Wilshere.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 52,424 ✭✭✭✭tayto lover

I think we will be better with Walcott on the right as our build up is a bit slow. We need another soon.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 12,748 ✭✭✭✭AdamD

We haven't been great at backing up our early goals this year, need a 2nd before HT.

    Big loss in Flamini.

Great save by Ruddy, Giroud should have hit it cross goal though.

Some of our lads are playing as if they think we have this won. Wenger needs to wake them up. I think we should put Gnabry on soon on the right.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 9,205 ✭✭✭Gringo180

Some difference in us without Flamini shoring up things in the middle, we look a bit vulnerable here.

    Did Flamini go off injured?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 52,424 ✭✭✭✭tayto lover

    Did Flamini go off injured?

Yes. Double vision after a clash of heads.

    Did Flamini go off injured?

Yep, complaining of double vision after a head clash.

    Edit: ooh snap!

Did Flamini at least manage to stay on long enough to get a yellow?
