For the last few weeks my internet speed has gone very bad. It's no better than dial up speed most of the time and completely unusable during peak times. I was on too their tech department and they had me do a ping test from the command prompt. I was told the line was fine. But, it's clearly not. I'm on a contract until February 2014. I'm paying 55 euro a month for this crap. Do I have a case for getting out of my contract?
