Sorry, no pics. Saw a 1988 Toyota Starlet in Portlaoise yesterday. Also a lad near me drives a Jap import 1987 Toyata Carina.

Came across this peach in Coolock today. As old as I have seen in many years.

Looked perfect. Quick lookup says its only on its second Irish owner (its a japanese import) and nct is up to date.
Great to see cars like this being kept on the road

Its 1331cc as well which means its different to the 1299cc we got in Ireland.

I was waiting in a hotel car park and they all pulled in! I presume it was some club get together.

Is that 5 series a really late E12????

It looks to have the door mirrors of an E28 - but the rest of the car looks like an E12???

E12 is the 70s 5 series afaik - and the E28 has a similar type of look - but its the 83/84/85/86/87 era 5 series????

Or did I just dream all of the above

No pics, trouble getting the files off the dashcam to upload before this,

Nice pics, The Capri (normal? hardtop) looks sweet and the kadett.

Saw a 93' Jetta/Vento? on the road today, looked clean, but only in passing, just managed to spot what looked like 93.
And an 89 or 90 Corolla hatch 1.8 DX, not in so good condition, but still going (was right behind it, just cant recal as was paying attention to traffic).

Rolls Royce Silver Shadow earlier in Cork City. Either black or very dark blue in colour - the sun was in my eyes so I couldn't quite tell. Might have been on original Irish plates or Northern Irish ones. Seemed to be very well maintained and looked very nice indeed.

That metro is looking great, used to have one, great little car, shame about the sinking hydrogas suspension which plagues them.
