The last IDFPA competition of the year, the Push/Pull will be held on the 30th of November in the Worx Gym Gorey Co. Wexford.

A push pull competition consists of the bench press and the deadlift. Entry forms and info can be found on www.idfpa.net and new members are very welcome to join the association and compete, if you join now your membership will run for next year also.
