How much does it cost to take money out in the UK?

Say I have an AIB account and I want to take about £500 pound out in the UK (Say from a Barclays or NatWest or even an AIB cash machine - I've see them over here). How much does it cost? Cheers in advance

Is both the 2.5% conversion fee and 1% withdrawal fee taken? So withdrawing 600 EUR worth of £ would be 2.5% of 600 (15EUR) + 1% of 600 (6EUR) = 21EUR?
