Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hello there internet, I've just left the land of the student, and with it a necessity to buy the cheapest crappiest laptops I could find, their lifespan has always proved to be somewhat short.. So I could use some help finding a reasonably priced one if anyone has the time..

Budget: 650e or so, I might stretch a bit more (750e) if it's good value for money but I wont complain if something good can be got for 500e either!

Intended use: Interwebbing, photoshop, skype, possibly gaming, but would only require 30fps on medium settings or so, I don't need it to be a powerhouse. Something that could run a few of these at once without having a brain hemorrhage would be lovely.

Mobility: 15-16'' upwards screen wise, anything much bigger or smaller probably wont suit. Equally I'd rather it didn't weigh an absolute tonne.

    Warranty: meh

What Operating System do you use? windows 7/8 is grand

Other stuff: On an aside, one with a fan that isn't in a ****ty position would be nice so it doesn't overheat like a mad yolke. Decent build quality, so it'll last more than just the year or two. Decent battery and memory, I usually save a lot of images, music, games.

Any help would be appreciated and if there's follow up questions necessary I'll get back to you asap, thanks in advance!
