Willow Murphy was unable to prevent a Cork City defeat to Arsenal.
Cork City were given a football lesson by Arsenal as they were hammered 7 - 2 in their Friendly fixture.
Horgan and Duggan were amongst the goalscorers.

Two goals against Arsenal. Not bad at all!!

It was 5-0, then we scored the two goals and I did dream.....

Once I get the GK loan deal done and dusted I'll be happy though. It's a pretty vital area!!

Has anyone had a bid accepted by an external yet?? This is getting seriously frustrating. It'll be 24 hours in about 10 minutes since I place my bid.

It's not that I'm impatient, it's that I'm scared that somebody might come in and rob him from me!

I've had 2 bid accepted.

3 of my 4 were accepted ages ago. The forth has been generating regular bids.

3 bids accepted, Praet, Butland, Rui ... I've the chauffeur in the airport waiting on them ... Hope the sh@gger doesnt charge me by the hour!

I just spotted this whilst having an old gander at the Help section

A player can refuse to sign for you if their rating is considerably higher than your squad average rating.

It's definitely not "first come, first served". I put my faith in that mantra twice in the Boards.ie league and I got stung both times.

I think maybe it's the team with the highest "average squad rating"?? But then again, someone will probably have another experience that defies that theory too.
