I had a terrible teacher in 5th and 6th class in primary , I was practically thrown into the deep end in first year and was thought stuff I didn't get the concept of , I'm only getting the grips of past , present and future .

Could someone give me a table on Regular past , present , future conjagations , and if you have any grammar tips that would be great , Cheers

Get to your nearest bookshop and see if they have the Glance Card for Irish verbs. Best resource on the market for that kind of thing. It shouldn't cost any more than €4.

In the mean time, there's a mountain of useful information on this website: http://nualeargais.ie/gnag/verben.htm
