Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Anyone recommend a place in Dublin to repair the lock button on an iphone 5 ?

Apple warranty just expired. It's under contract with Three. Do they provide a longer warranty than Apple ?

How long is the warranty out?

About a month. The problem actually started in warranty but I didn't realise I'd had the phone a year and didn't get around to sending it back to Apple.

Might be worth giving apple a call and speaking to a supervisor, explain it's been happening for ages and you didn't realise. Be nice, and they might help out. Otherwise take it back to Three, as it's covered by your statutory rights.

Apple make it impossible to speak to someone without paying a fee

Just request an exception stating you have a hardware fault and would like to speak to a supervisor. Tell them you've done, or better yet do a full restore of the phone to ensure it's not a software issue, and you're not happy to pay for a repair.
