Prodigy will sell out fast I'd say. Been a few years since they last played over here I think?

They won't attract the type of crowd ye are describing.I was there the last time they played the marquee and there were mosh pit's...yes mosh pits. They re-invent their sound for every album they release.

June '09 when they played "support" to Oasis at Slane. I'd have been happy out if the Prodigy kept playing, they stole the show that day.

    Sure is...
    09 JUN Cliff Richard
    12 JUN Dolly Parton
    13 JUN The Coronas
    19 JUN Tom Jones
    24 JUN Elbow
25 JUN Robert Plant & the Sensational Space Shifters
    26 JUN Jason Derulo
    27 JUN Biffy Clyro
    28 JUN Bryan Adams
    30 JUN Pixies
    02 JUL The Prodigy
    05 JUL Christy Moore
    10 JUL Neil Young
    14 JUL The National

That is pretty awesome. I was going to bold the highlights but I thought that'd be a bit unfair to leave Jason Derulo as only one out :p Tom Jones, Dolly Parton & Cliff Richard don't do it for me but I can appreciate their appeal. Huge lineup there.

They're doing four Irish shows next summer - Cork, Galway and two nights at Iveagh Gardens.

Galway is midweek but Dublin is on a Friday I believe. Think I'll just go to the Cork gig. Pity it's on a Monday but a little hangover at work on Tuesday is a small price to pay :)
