Took a while for them to charge me, also did not get a dispatch email.

Collected yesterday, they put in a free bottle of Peppermint and Cocoa butter foot lotion, nice surprise. Will give it to someone as part of their Crimbo present!

I placed my order just now (after several failed attempts) as others are saying dont even try to just place the order on ur own ..... select items, enter delivery address, then on next screen enter ur irish billing address, and then use the CHAT NOW function at the top right..... say youve heard there are issues with irish billing addresses so you wanted to contact them before attempting to place the order.

Packaging was a joke on my order, products placed in boots paper bags, dumped in large cardboard box space in box not filled with any kind of packing material top snapped off one of the lotions. I guess once it went on hotukdeals they were snowed under with orders.

Both my orders were well packaged, they were in paper bags but it fitted snugly inside the cardboard box and body mist etc had bubble wrap. Wouldn't be happy with damaged bottle.

I've put through my fourth order in a month just this morning so postcode 00000 still works. Obviously you filled in all the boxes marked *? Your delivery is to Parcel Motel or a different UK address? So give it another go, I'd say.

No. I had several declined orders and none of them were processed. However the order that did go through did not appear on my account nor did I get a dispatch email but I got it yesterday.

Just made another order there as they seemed to have gotten some of the sale stuff that was out of stock last weekend back in.

Also, when I tried to make orders through the internet on my phone, none of them would go through. The order went through first time on my laptop though.

I don't know what to tell you. I had only one failure in the four orders I put through, and that was a 'bad gateway error 505' computer says no issue when I pressed 'complete purchase'. So I too panicked (is it like Ryanair, where they tell you it might have gone through??). But after 15 mins of waiting for the ordered email to come through, it didn't. So no email = no order. So when I went back to the previous page to go through the payment bit again, it worked. I received the order email within a couple of minutes.

I have already received 2 orders via Parcel Motel. Once I got the dpd delivery email for drop off to Parcel Motel, parcel motel delivered it the next day. Takes about a week in total to arrive. Packaging is a bit rough & ready as said before, but you'll be too enthralled with the pretty things once you open the box to notice much after that. I did note that both parcels were X-rayed 79?!?

My billing address is Irish, obviously. I used postcode 00000. Delivery to Parcel Motel, obviously. I used my Irish MasterCard to pay for it. I used my iPad to order it. I filled in all the boxes marked *.

Good luck & try not to spend too much (I don't listen to my own good advice haha)

Seriously amazing bargains though the body butters are €19 each here but they are £3 in the sale, how could you not stock up on them.

I have just placed my order and my payment was rejected 3 times even though my cc has funds available. Used their chat service and it went through on the 4th attempt. I bought their loyalty card for £5, got a further discount and a free Body Lotion gift which more than covered the cost of the card and will lead to further offers/discounts. Many thanks for posting the link and for educating me on Parcelmotel!

Thanks OP and everyone else offering advice - persistence finally paid off!! Did have to go through CHAT but once they refreshed the account it went through fine Set up with enough body butter to last for years!!!! at a fraction of the cost in the Body Shop here.

That code is for 40% off which also worked on sale items that were 50% off. I havent checked but maybe the sale is over?

hi i just tried using the chat option to sort out the postage issue. I basically told her i have a card issued in Ireland and want the delivery to the UK (parcelmotel) and could she enable my account to accept that, she said she couldn't and i would need a card issued in the UK. Did anyone else have this problem? most of what i'm reading here is that the orders went through

I was also thinking would payment work with a prepaid credit card like a 3V voucher and use the parelmotel as the billing address?
