Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Recovering from surgery

    Had an emergency surgery done yesterday and as a result am not allowed exercise for 2-3 weeks.

    Can anyone reccomend something i can do in the meantime such as shoukder flexiblilty etc ?

    note i cannot so anything involving bending or carrying weight im just looking for something i can do to pass the time and improve my overall flexiblity in the upper half of my body as i have rounded shoulder and short trapezius

    Right after surgery it's absolutely ok to just take it easy. I had surgery four weeks ago and really underestimated the effect it would have on me. Surgery is pretty major trauma for your body, take the time to rest and let yourself heal. Oh and if you had a general anaesthetic it's entirely possible you'll be completely out of whack for the next week - sleepy, emotional, dazed and confused, great craic :o

    I know i feel like a car hit me!! that general anaesthetic really hit me

    Well i ddint want to push myself even..just something i could work on to pass time more than anything..im off work too so im awfully bored !

    Here are some potential push/pull exercises:

    Pull the handle on the chair to get it to recline
    Push the 'On' button on the remote
