    No, you will get it as normal on Tuesday 5th November. It's not November until next Friday.

    I rang citizens advice and they said it be in this weekend That they cant change it bcoz bank hol is a week early

    Well they're wrong. Unless the first Tuesday of the month is the day after the bank holiday it won't be in the Saturday before.
