WILL EIRCOM HELP OUT ITS CUSTOMERS

    Just Joined Eircom few weeks on their plan ..talk time control package  which is for  people getting the DSFA allowance. this was the only reason for joining them as it would only be costing us €10 a month with the allowance.
    Since the allowance is gone Eircom say they will help their customer on this
     

    So would like to know if Eircom will indeed d help out the customer and exactly what they plan to do, Will you’s look after your customers who are not struggling

    I'm afraid we have no further information on this, other than the €9.50 will be removed from customers accounts from the 1st January 2014.


    As far as I'm aware Eircom will not be compensation the difference but I have sent it off to managers for clarification and will come back to you next week.

    do they intend to give a little or is it just to hell with the customer,not eircoms problem, that was probably the only reason people took this offer
