An MRI exam Wednesday showed that Cleveland Cavaliers guard Kyrie Irving has a left knee contusion and his status is day to day, according to a source.

After saying he "felt a pop" in his left knee during Tuesday's game, Kyrie Irving has a left knee contusion, according to a source.
Irving said he "felt a pop" during the third quarter of the Cavs' loss Tuesday at Indiana. He returned to the game but struggled and said his knee felt weak. The team ordered the test to make sure there was no damage.
