WTF was George at the end of Magic game o_0

Still had 5 seconds. Could have kicked it out to Hill at the top for the uncontested three or the man under the basket for the possible layup, but instead bricks a terrible shot over 3 defenders. You ain't KD, baby. Apparently he dunked all over Big Baby earlier in the game and Big Baby offered his hand to help him up after the game, only for George refuse. Maybe Davies should have offered him $1M instead.

The bastard. I love a good sportsmanship moment but he ruined it.

Same reason why Michael Crabtree didn't shake Richard Sherman's hand at the end of the NFC Championship game. If you ask me there is too much buddy bullcrap in The NBA today. Lebron and KD hugging during games. This is a competitive sport. Emotions are high immediately after a game. Glenn should have stayed away from Paul. He was obviously sitting on the court, reflecting on a game that got away from him. It was a poor timing from Davis.

In the last sec of that video George hugs Oladipo

Yeah, I got no problem with Paul George's actions there, he's just lost the game in crushing fashion, give him a minute.

I don't think Glenn Davis was rubbing it in, in this case, think he was just saying 'good game buddy', but it's equally ok for George to refuse. It's easier to be a good sport when you're on the winning side.

Trying to draw comparisons between a high stakes NFL Playoff game involving one of the biggest trash talkers around and a no nothing regular season NBA game in feckin' Orlando between Big Baby and Humble and Honest Superstar Paul George made me spit out my drink in laughter ffs :(

No Mo Cheeks, no mo problems. Spurs being blown out in Detroit

Warriors blowing out the Sixers, they need to put another run together if they want to avoid Okc come playoffs.
Some trade rumors going around Warriors too, maybe thats the reason why Speights went off on one tonight, they have missed that kind of scoring off the bench.
Wouldnt be too surprised if they did make another move, pretty aggressive front office.

He played very well tonight anyway. Hopefully he continues to produce and becomes a good consistent NBA player.

Wow, we've hit some form!! Great team win over the Kings last night. Bennett showing us that he can ball with a double double, just hope he can keep that up now. Deng went for 22 points, Dion got 20 and 8 assists. Happy night for Cleveland :)

I can see Charlotte and Denver being two surprise winners tonight. That's if Wolves are still missing players due to injuries. Too tired to check.

This thread is so quiet for some reason, HMMM..

Mavs came into Indiana and stampeded all over them.

Saw the final handful of minutes of the Knicks game, woeful.

    Crazy game in Houston too.

Cavs are going to Wrestlemania or Disney Land.. or somewhere, another win chalked up.

Heat @ Warriors and Blazers @ Clippers just began right now for those still up.

Both games going down to the wire here! Heat up 2 and Blazers up 3 going into the fourth. Warriors did trail by 21, but ended the third quarter on a 28-9 run.

Miami up 1, Warriors with a chance to win the game with 23 seconds left... oh my god, Steph AND 1! LEBRON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Heat win by 1, unreal game.

Clippers up 3, Blazers ball with 27 seconds left.. :D Clippers hold on and break The Law in doing so.

Seriously lads, watch the second half of both games if you did miss them over ASG weekend. Brilliant, brilliant stuff.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,299 ✭✭✭padraig_f

Wow, brilliant end to that Warriors-Heat game. Well, would've been better if the Heat lost, but Steph Curry with a fantastic 3-point play to put the Warriors up 2 with about 10 seconds left.

And Lebron with a 3 leaving 0.1s on the clock to win it.

Fantastic game of basketball, great fight by the Warriors but that mofo Lebron is just sensational, best player in the league by a distance.
