Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Alfaparf mixing ratio

I have a client who is from Brazil that normally uses Alfaparf #9. I told her that we did not carry that product but I would get it for her, which I did. She said her hair stylist in Brazil uses Evolution of Color #9 with 40 volume developer.
My question is - what is the mixing ratio? I'm thinking 1 ounce of the color with 2 ounces of the 40 volume developer.
Her natural level is between a 3-4 (roots) and the rest of her hair is a very light blonde that she says #9 gives her. Need someone who is familiar with this color line to give me the correct answer asap :). Thanks so much~
