Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

am seeing the same problem, but I do not have iTunes installed.

Do you have iTunes installed and is the laptop authorized on iTunes ?

this has worked for some folks...

Uninstall/change programs in control panel. Find "Apple Mobile Device support", and click "Repair"

It then seems to re-install all the USB drivers and fixes the problem
