New xbox, previous gamertag and gold membership

My xbox broke a few weeks ago, so buying new one today. I still have 2months gold membership. Can I bring my old gamertag and membership on to this one and hiw so? Thanks

Yes you can all you need to do is once the xbox is on, hit the guide button and then click download profile and just put in the same email and password that you used on the other account.
