Hi John,

Recently I have been trying to contact you in relation to a faulty AV receiver I got. Firstly I would like to say that I also got a pair of wharfdale speakers and a set of boston acoustics which were brilliant, and the manner of the staff was excellent. The new amp was also excellent but decided to die in a bang one day after very little use. So I sent it back to richersounds and it took a month and a half to get a turn around on this unit (this was a greater time period then I was using it). When it was decided that the unit was beyond fixing, richer sounds received credit from Onkyo (via genserve I guess), richer sounds then passed the credit onto me to use as I please. Unfortunately this is store credit only and I currently am not in a position to buy any goods now or in the near future. Is it possible to refund this credit into my credit card account? I am a fan of richersounds and I would/will be dealing with them again not just at present.

Cheers
