Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

did you have any problems with checkout?

I got the following message :
you have items in your basket that can't be shipped to your postal address. please amend to proceed.

could it be something to do with postal code? i tried 0000 and 1234 but got the same message.

(i assume it's nothing to do with trying to order a dublin jersey to a clare address...)

Went in... added a few bits to me basket, decided to use me €11 worth of reward points... checkout failed, rewards points disappeared.. bummer.

Emailed 'em... so hopefully it gets sorted.

    Thanks OP.

Very little Cavan stuff sadly. Just a jersey or rain jacket and both are limited sizing left.

Thanks for this. Got Tipperary rain jacket almost half price.

I am also getting the postal code error at checkout. I am abroad but they do european shipping so I don't think that is the problem. The price is showing in my local currency aswell... anyone find a fix for this issue?

I got that message once before. When I emailed customer service they said that certain items could not be shipped to certain countries due to licensing agreements. (??)

I was trying to buy in Ireland to ship to Australia.

Not sure if that sheds any light..

In fairness I heard from a local retailer that O'Neills manufacture alot of the stuff early based on who's expected to do well.

Cavan were expected to do bugger all so there was a serious shortage of merchandise all year.

The day before the Kerry game a jersey couldn't be got in the county!

customer service got back to me this morning and sorted the issue very quickly.

She also said that the postage was coming up too high at €16.95, so gave me a €10 voucher towards the cost. Excellent customer service.

If it has 3 stripes it can't be sold outside of Ireland.

All International Jersies have 2 stripes.

Unfortunately they haven't responded to me yet regarding my €11 of reward points going MIA. I mailed them again about it this morning.

They did however send me an automated email wondering why I never completed checkout and it included a 10% discount code... so some of the pain has been eased.

EDIT: They got back to me and sorted out my reward points. Thanks O'Neills.
