whos the fellow outside brown thomas with no legs

    I saw a man twice now outside brown Thomas wearing all orange and balancing off a stick with no legs on the ground. who is he? has he any legs?

    If it's the same guy I seen in Galway, he has a heavy flat thick metal platform on the ground and it holds his weight and stops him from tipping over.

    Kinda like a stool with two legs in the back, none in the front but the two back legs are welded onto a heavy slab of metal, so it won't fall over. ...

    Does he look like he's levitating ?

    Its a guy doing an indian levitation trick.
    Protip : there are no legs at the back.

    Friends and I were sitting outside cafe 2 weeks back watching him set up the trick.

    There's a guy in Galway. Or used to be.

    I probably got it wrong maybe the stick is part of the seat structure. ..
    It's been a while since I seen it in Galway
