Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Nope, they haven't released one by now, so they won't this year. The MP3 market is a dying one, they don't update their lines annually anymore. Considering they did it last year, they won't until next September, if even that, as that's when they get their refresh usually.

thanks for that. although, to go off on a tangent, are phones replacing mp3 players? is that why that market is dying?

Everyone has smartphones nowadays that can do the MP3 player's job just as well, so if you already have a smartphone, it doesn't make a huge amount of sense to the average person to have that as well an an MP3 player.

I've an iPhone, it's an iPod as well. I don't need a stand alone anymore like 5 years ago. They're handy for the gym and running sometimes, but other than that I don't see the use of them anymore.

I still use an 8 year old Ipod that is permanently hooked into an iPod speaker for my house.

If that goes, I'll probably look at a new setup that I can stream to from phone or laptop!
