Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Check this guy out if you haven't already, I think he gives good advice. There's a category on bulking up might be what you're looking for?

He makes the point that you don't need to gain weight to bulk up, now I'm no expert but what he says seems to make sense to me, worth checking out if you're interested in a bit of reading on the idea.

Slow steady gains are the best in my opinion.
I was 79kg last christmas and am sitting around 90kg now with no noticable fat gain, i.e. can still see abs.

Agree, slow and steady is the best way. Nothing worse than someone bulking and they turn into a fat slob
