Cows sh###ing in parlour

Never been a problem before at all maybe 3 in 50 cows per milking. Now it's maybe 20 in 50 and nothing has changed at all, everything is very calm in the parlour. As soon as the clusters come off, god it's like running the gauntlet in the pit!! A couple of my neighbours who have been milking cows a life time hammer any cow…

Has the soil around the earth rods dried out ,some water around them might help , milked cows years ago and beet tops in frosty weather was some recipe for sh#t , would be hitting the cows in the opposite row

How long are the girls standing waiting their turn to come in and be milked, and how far a walk from the field?
Have they water in the holding pen?
