Correct. He's an 18 year old kid and he looks like it. Does look like he's been seeing some benefit from trainer / nutritionist / etc but it doesn't take much for a young lad with no weight to make progress.

It's an Irish and a Boards Fitness Forum thing. If it was an American forum, the second post would be different - more like 'awesome' / 'wow I really gotta work towards that'.

No its more the fact that Boards thinks that you need to devote your life to get in shape like this, Bieber parties, loves life, and is in better shape than these guys who live for this stuff. It hurts people because its Bieber and they are used to putting him down for his girl physique wheras now he is more jacked than most people.

I can assert with complete confidence, that 'jacked' he ain't.

He's whippet lean (which he hasn't achieved by washing down pizza with beer as you seem to imply), but he's about 60 kg. the guy beside him looks to be in good nick though.

There's geordie shore lean hounds all over FB, loads from Dublin, flexing the abs in Ibiza / Magaluf.

He'll have been prepping towards that one 'impromptu' snap for a little while too.

Let's be honest. He carries a tiny amount of muscle and is fairly lean. That's it. I do suspect that he will put on a little more muscle in the next year and take on a fairly aesthetic men's health type shape now that he has hit puberty.
