hottest driest day?

Where would I have to go in Ireland to get the driest warmest day of the year ? If someone was to have to predict today for a barbecue in 2014 and wanted the best chance of the hottest driest day, where and on what day would I be most likely to have a good outcome?

This is a really stupid or stupidly-worded question. This is no guaranteed day of the year where it dry and warm, they happen at random during the Summer. There are averages showing the driest and warmest parts of Ireland.

Driest: Dublin and the surrounding area.
Warmest: Kilkenny.
