Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Laptop recieving "Limited" broadband connection (UPC HORIZON)

    Had horizon awhile now. trying to get out of contract but proving to be fairly difficult, the connection tends to drop quite a lot but will always make a connection.

    My mam bought a new laptop yesterday. It's an Asus with Windows 8 and it won't fully connect to the UPC horizon wifi. The code is being put in correctly and i'm using WPA2pk as stated in the UPC Horizon manual.

    Any ideas what the issue might be?

    go into the settings on the wifi and change it from broadcasting on ch1...move it to ch11 or 7 and that should extend your range and hopefully fix your problem.

    just tried it there, was already set on 11 so changed it to 7. Still nothing.
