Vodafone - is there life out there?

I have phoned Vodafone numerous times in the last week (only to be hung up on/ cut-off each time) and I subsequently e-mailed them to discuss why they charged us both a termination fee (despite they telling me that none was due) and call charges for calls which were included in our package, but not a sausage. Anyone else…
