Is anybody offering 'Digs'

With the price of accommodation for students as it is there might be a market for Digs. Is anybody doing this nowadays? What would you charge?

There are people doing it in Maynooth but it only seems popular with first years and even then, often only until Christmas or so. The extreme restrictions on a social life it entails are extremely unattractive.

The college has suggested rates etc: http://residence.nuim.ie/family_accommodation_digs.shtml - I'd imagine which one(s) are nearest to you also will.
