I have it from a PC I had years ago and while the sound is ok out of it it's not great, the room doesn't suit a 5.1 setup (speakers can't be placed properly) so I'm hoping there's a nice 2.1 setup I could get that would give me clearer…

Hi All

Currently using a creative 5.1 speaker setup in my (small) apart sitting room. I have it from a PC I had years ago and while the sound is ok out of it it's not great, the room doesn't suit a 5.1 setup (speakers can't be placed properly) so I'm hoping there's a nice 2.1 setup I could get that would give me clearer audio and suit the room better.

1 thing the current setup has is good inputs so I'd like to have the same or more options, minimum 1 would prefer 2 optical audio, a 3.5 and a red-white (not sure of the term?). Some sort of WiFi or BT streaming would be great too.

Main use is for Movies via a media player and audio via the same player or streaming if possible, small bit of Xbox possibly too. Budget isn't great, I'd say no more than 300. If I'm a mile off the mark with that price just say so.
