    That's it lads. All over. Seems to have been a fast 4 months. We have a clear winner so congratulations to Steyrman on a well fought comp, and a well earned victory.

    Well done to all the lads that entered. Some put up a good showing and others (me) had a crap time of it. Still i hope everyone enjoyed it for what it was, and if there is interest we might run a smaller version during the year to fill the gap until next season.


    Steyrman getting your prize finished and i'll be in touch shortly to get your address to have it sent down to you. I also have a little something (seriously it's nothing much) for the two runner ups. I'll be in touch with ye lads in due course.

    Great competition thanks Cass got me out a bit and more and into an addiction for shooting :D Hopefully ill have a shotgun for next years comp if theres one :)

    Thanks lads good comp strangles we went tooth and nail there for a while i enjoyed the sportsmanship .The mink let me down 5 traps down for a month on a good little river the high water the last few weeks having to move them every second day up and down the banks the mink did not have a set routine but i will get them
    A big thanks to cass for all the input looking forward to next year as the deer season is over its time to concentrate on the foxes looking forward to putting up a few reports

    fair play to cass for doing the comp and adding up the totals every week ,and fair play to every one who joined in the comp and placed, and congrats to the 3 lads that got 1st ,2nd and 3rd . the bad weather in feb caught me out couldnt get out a times. bring on the next comp cant wait :)

    After a complete cock up with the prizes i have had to resort to alternative prizes. So apologies to the lads, but i just got the letter this morning apologising to me for the problems. I've been assured the replacements will be with me this week.

    Wanted to stick up photo of 2nd prize trophy & to thank CASS again for all the effort,it arrived in post today,i know CASS had a lot of hassle with getting the prizes to us so thanks again lad & lookin forward to next year.
