Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Wengers nightmare here, his hand is forced to use both ozil and giroud and chase the game.

He should have no first team players on tonight. We have too many out injured already. Madness by Wenger.

Playing Bendtner in the team is a regressive step,: 0-2. Game over for us. :o

Ozil and Giroud should both have 30 mins of medium effort in them, I don't think Chelsea are even close to being a dirty side so i wouldn't be too worried about injuries.

Don't need a player near you to pull a hamstring
which is quite common, just ask the ox!

    Impressed with Mikel tonight.

Is it just me or do the top teams have us sussed out, let us have the ball in places we wont hurt them and when we lose it hit us on the counter attack. Dortmund last week and now Chelsea, and pretty sure Fergusons Utd always played us this way and always beat us. Im perhaps thinking into a bit too much but thats wjat i am seeing.

What are the Chelsea fans signing about Wenger?

Aye been like that for years, Wenger ain't gonna change our style at this stage.

Thats true but we just seem so predictable at times.

Jenkinson ain't going to make it either methinks.

It looks like Chelsea have well and truly got their season going at this stage. With Jose in charge and his ability to grind out results, you'd have to fancy them for the title.

Jenkinson scares me, it looks like he is gonna fall over when running.

Very unnatural looking footballer - looks pretty awkward at times. Jury still out for me though

Park! where did they dig him up from :)

ah very disappointed with tonights performance. I didn't think we'd win but i still hate to see us lose, especially when we're so "controlled" by the opposition.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 3,305 ✭✭✭Green Hornet

Yeah, Arsenal have been very poor. Almost like as if the players themselves don't take it seriously.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 52,416 ✭✭✭✭tayto lover

Very poor performance. Some of the passing has been rubbish. If we escape without any injuries i'll accept it. FFS Monrael limping now

Jenkinson couldn't be doing any worse if he tried

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 417 ✭✭Wolf Club

I can see this becoming a recurring theme for Arsenal over the season against better teams, we'll have the spoils of possession but will get beaten by shortcomings in defence and lack of killer instinct in attack. I don't want to be too pessimistic but I could see it happening this weekend again.

    Jose showing his class there.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,496 ✭✭✭quarryman

Ozil just oozes class. Everything just looks so effortless.

Also an example to young players on the benefits of simple passing. Never interested in the Hollywood pass if something simpler and more effective is available. I'm looking at you Stephen Gerrard.

He's a classy individual that Maureen.

Jenkinson has been shocking tonight. Hope he learns from it.

Great win for Chelsea given all the changes.
