    Hello all,

At the end of July I made an attempt to purchase 2 Windows 7 DVDs from software-nord.com.  Payment had to be processed by Skrill.com which I paid in to from my current account/VISA Debit without any difficulty.

However, I have not received my DVDs and almost every attempt to contact the seller has been ignored - I got one response saying the guy was sick and he hadn't had a chance to do anything with the orders.

3 attempts have been made to contact Skrill and register the problem and get the transaction reversed, but they don't answer any emails and having just spent 10 minutes on hold on the phone to their office in the UK, the person on their end couldn't hear me and hung up.

So, I wish to lodge this transaction as fraudulent as there appears to be little or no interest in fulfilling my order from the vendor or for assisting in my issues from Skrill.  What's the best way to go about this?

    Hi Shiminay,

To dispute a transaction, you can complete and return a Visa Debit Transaction Dispute Form. Here is a link to the form, which can be downloaded from our website.

For all transaction disputes you must first try to resolve the issue directly with the seller. As you've mentioned above, you have tried to contact the seller without success. Please include any correspondence between yourself and the seller with the completed form.

The address to send your form to can be found at the bottom of the from.

Hopefully this issue is resolved for you soon.

    Thanks for posting.

Thanks Michelle, I'll grab the form now and see what I can do with it.

I'll make one final attempt to contact both the vendor and Skrill before sending the form in.

Hello, I just wanted to bump this, after some very unsatisfactory discussion with Skrill I told them I was reporting them to my bank and that they would now be dealing with it as fraud.  Lo-and-behold, I got an email this morning to say that they're issuing a refund this week, so what's the best way to get in touch with whoever in Cabinteely to say "this matter has finally been resolved" as I posted in the claim form you linked to last week.

    Hi Shiminay,

We're delighted to hear you have resolved this and will be receiving a refund from the company in question.

When you are satisfied that the refund has been applied in full to your account, please call your account holding branch. A representative will be more than happy to update the Chargebacks Unit who will close off the case from our side.

    Thanks
    Tara
