    Hi,

Just to let you know - the phone numbers for both home and business broadband technical support are the same on your website. After being on hold for a good while today, and providing my phone number, I am told "Oh you are through to home support you need business support", despite the fact I rang the business support number. So then I have to go on hold for another seemingly age.

    See links:

I would be grateful if you could provide me with the correct number for business broadband support for the future.

    Thanks,

    David

    Hi ImDave

That's correct, the 1890260260 phone number is used for both business and residential technical support however when you enter the landline number the broadband is on the technical support phone system should recognise your numbers segmentation and direct you to the relevant area.

Apologies if this has not directed you accordingly, I'll raise this with operations to see if there is an issue with the technical support phone system.

    Thanks

    Al
