Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I know the cooking club on boards.ie has got a lot of people interested in slow cooking and that Aldi (maybe lidl?) are doing a nice price on a slow cooker of their own.

But in case someone can't pick up one of the Aldi ones then there's an OK deal on a Morphy richards one on Amazon lightning deals for the next 2 hours (8% claimed as I post this) that might be worth picking up.

I already have 2 slow cookers so i won't be getting this one but it looks like a great deal.

Especially the fact that the insert can be used as a saucepan on the hob prior to going into the slowcooker. The one downside of my slowcookers is that the insert is stoneware so can't go on the hob.
