Try contacting the Maltese club of ireland or the ikc or the breeder of your own dog.
I hope you aren't going to be breeding at that age. 18 months is far too young to breed a bitch.

I think it's fair to say that seeking stud dogs contravenes the ethos of this forum, as advertising them is specifically against the forum charter.
