    Using an ancient android at the moment. Time for an upgrade:

    4g would be nice.

    Need expandable memory.

    Good camera a plus but not totally necessary (for example, moving from a 2.1mp camera).

    The ability to tether would also be great.

    Sim free.

    Price range: 200-300.

    Would like to stick with android, though not totally against another OS.
