Cancelling previous tenants Landline

    Hey

    Trying to cancel the previous tenants landline.
    I dialed 198000 and it said the line is being provided by Perlico.
    I checked online and it said Perlico is now part of Vodafone,
    then i called Vodafone but they said the couldnt cancel it and they told me to contact Eircom.

    If anyone could help me, that would be great.

    Hi _MadRa_

    There is a previous tenant process where eircom services on 1800 242 633 they will take your details in a mail. This is then sent to wholesale to have the provider cease the account.

    This process can take 10 working days as it needs to be sent to the limit.
