Travellers in Celbridge Abbey Car Park

Noticed some travellers have moved caravan and vans in Celbridge Abbey car park blocking about 8/10 spaces Presume they will pay for parking or be ticketed like everyone else!?

It's a condition of their culture, they are exempt when it comes to such matters.
