Moving to England from Dublin

I'm hoping to move from Dublin city in Ireland to the Uk I'm a native to Dublin, and since this is a first, I'm just wondering if I can get any info about what I'll need to do this, like documentation etc? Many thanks!

You really just need your passport, bring your driving license aswel if you have one. You don't need to get a visa.

When you get to over to the uk apply for the national insurance number?
