    Usually higher speed RAM gives very little extra performance, but BF4 likes high speed RAM.

    Im using Windows 7 (64bit)

    i7 3770K @ 4.6ghz
    16gb Corsair LP ram at 1600mhz
    Nvidia GeForce GTX 690
    Game installed to Samsung 840 SSD

    All ultra @ 1920X1200 80-110 fps average about 95 FPS
