Westside centre + Knocknacarra community centre are 2 i know of in city
Ring them and centres can be booked for reasonable price

Scoil Einde in Dr Mannix Road, Salthill have a well lit hall with a high roof that is available for renting. It's used by Power Soccer as well as Karate, gymnastics and basketball clubs etc

Arus on Dr Mannix road is probably also ok for indoor soccer.

You could try NUIG Sportshall. Would imagine they have no problem with indoor soccer being played. Its massive so don't know the costs but they can split it up so might not be too expensive.
