Probably not, none of the others have been on here. Use a UK proxy and watch it on the ITV4 website, that's what I do.

I've never had any problems watching any of the others here. Have it tuned in through other channels on the sky box and its works on the fta box in the office too.

Ah UPC that explains it. Granted I would give my left arm for the speed they provide. UPC not available here in the sticks.

Nice one, I didn't think of trying it.

Does anyone know if this is a ranked tournament or not?

I didn't think it would be. Seems to be an awful lot of these exhibition style tournaments popping over the past year or so

Good first game though, going down to the wire, Wade done well to dig it out after being 4-2 down

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 13,518 ✭✭✭✭ArmaniJeanss

Just noticed no Gary Anderson, must have fallen outside the Top16.

Why does James Wade get booed so much??? Getting a savaging against Simon Whitlock, reacting really badly.

  • Registered Users Posts: 9,286 ✭✭✭seligehgit

    Amazing bottle by Wade!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 606 ✭✭✭NeoRox

Cause he's a prat. Granted so is Whitlock. Another match that ends without a handshake after last nights Newton/Pipe match.

    Not showing much sportsmanship there.

Has to be, i'd say he was talking B.S.

In the M.V.G. match, Barneveld is evens to have over 3.5 180s.

    Quarter Final Results

    James Wade 8-7 Simon Whitlock
    Adrian Lewis 8-2 Robert Thornton
    Phil Taylor 8-2 Wes Newton
Raymond Barneveld 8-6 Michael van Gerwen

Good matches overall tonight. Crowd were on Wade's back and he acted his usual self. Good performances from Taylor and Lewis. MVG really after slipping over the last few months, Barneveld a deserved winner from 1-4 down.

Mason right in his commentary about MVG after the match. If they are going to put him on the same pedestal as Taylor he has to stay ultra consistent not just show up now and again. Hopefully he gets back to full form soon.

    Tomorrows Semis
    Phil Taylor v James Wade
    Raymond Barneveld v Adrian Lewis

Haha did ye see the post match interview after the Robert Thornton VS Adi Lewis game. Thornton was asked how he feels and he said he wanted a baseball bat. Then asked how anyone could stop Lewis when he is on top form, Roberts answer " a double barrel shotgun"

I'd like to see Wade vs Lewis final tonight (they are normally a good game to watch) but, i think it will be Phil vs Lewis and it will be again Phil Taylor taking home the money.

Looks like poor James is in for another hostile reception, pretty unfair.

Wade a wreck, shaping like he wants to nut Taylor as he's walking off for the break!!!

  • Registered Users Posts: 9,286 ✭✭✭seligehgit

He's totally cracked, feel sorry for him.

  • Registered Users Posts: 194 ✭✭seoirsem

We all know he has mental health issues, its a bit uncomfortable watching this though..... having a chat to the ref again at the interval!!

  • Registered Users Posts: 194 ✭✭seoirsem

WOW TV replay seems to show Taylor chucking Wades flight off the stage as he was doing some running repairs!!!!

I felt that to seoirsem, he had words earlier too but he is just not able to disconnect himself from the crowd. Not a good thing for his concentration......A baying crowd can smell a bad reaction to them a hundred miles away.

This has been a recurring problem for him though. Phil is walking it...

    Edit:Walked it.

If deliberate awful showmanship, yeah Chris Mason mentioned James Wade 's apparent sad struggles with bipolar disorder.

Lewis is much more likeable in the last year or so.Will be very hard to beat in the world's again i think.

  • Registered Users Posts: 9,286 ✭✭✭seligehgit

    Cracking match!

    Great match.......

Lewis stormed the last game there. Will be a cracker of a final!

That was a brilliant match, very disappointed Barney didn't win it though. I never enjoy watching a Lewis v Taylor final because I don't like either of them!

Taylor just interviewed said a young fella asked him for the flight. TV replays dont seem to support it though........ the plot thickens with Wade wanting to default. more gamesmanship from the power???

Good interview by Phil, cleared up flygate, poor James is not in a good place, chatting constantly with the officials looking to forfeit the match.

Have to agree, James is really struggling and its sad to see. It also looked like he gave away his darts at the end too which is very unusual. Taylor's comment that someone asked for the flight doesn't seem to add up as it looks like he just walked over and threw the flight away. Didn't look at where he was throwing it just flung it off the stage.

    Amazing darts by Taylor,116 average!
