    If i go to a bank of ireland branch and ask them to print off a statement for proof of address there and then would they do it?

    Apologies, it is not possible to retrieve official bank statements directly from a Bank of Ireland Branch.

    Please see a previous reply we have posted relating to bank statements.

    The statement printers in our branches will only provide the last few transactions on your account, they are not on headed bank paper.

    You can order official bank statements by calling Banking 365, a representative will be happy to assist.

    Up to date statements are free of charge, if you require a duplicate statement, it will cost E3.80 for the first page and E2.50 for each additional page. These can take 5-7 working days in the post.

    If you have your mobile number registered online, you can register for eStatements online, they will be available within minutes of your request. You can then print off your statements online to give to the mortgage company.
