    Okay here's what the bodyweight workout I'll be following looks like:

    Push up progression: 4 x 5-9 reps
    Squat progression: 4 x 5-9 reps
    Pull up progression: 4 x 5-9 reps
    L sit progression: 4 x max time

    Working on a particular move till I can do 4 sets of 9, then doing a harder movement. Focus is on good form and tension. About 1.5 mins rest between rests. L sit is more practice than sets: working towards straightening the legs. 3 times a week.

    todays workout....
    Push up: 4x9
    Squats: 4x9
    Inverted rows: 4x9
    and L sit work.

    All grand, will progress onto diamond push ups, close squats, and chin ups next.

    Todays workout...
    Diamond Push ups: 4x5
    Close squats: 4x5
    Chin ups: 4x5
    L sit work: 4 sets max time.

    Push ups grand, squats grand but balance was a little awkward. Chin ups were grand but slightly tough. L sit work is tough but going okay. Legs about half untucked for 5-ish seconds per set.

    Todays workout...
    Diamond Push ups: 9, 9, 9, 9
    Close squats: 9, 9, 9, 9
    Chin ups: 6, 6, 6, 2
    L sit work: 4 sets max time.

    Lot of muscle soreness today. Push ups and squats grand, l sits awkward.
    Not happy with the chin ups obviously. Only thing to do is to keep working.

    Squat jumps: 4 x 5
    Chin ups: 4 x 6
    L sits: 4 x max time.

    All okay. Chin up form a bit loose.

    max rep test today...
    Push ups: 26
    Chin ups: 11

    low bodyweight is helping the chin ups. Overall not happy.

    doing one set of pull ups and push ups per day. Adding one rep every time I can.
    todays sets..
    Pull ups: 5
    Push ups: 15

    Building to 15/40 respectively.
    Not ideal, but as these were my goals at the start of the year I want to focus on them alone. I have had experience of this kind of workout working well for me in the past so I decided to return to it.

    Gone off the rails recently but getting back into it now.

    Dynamic warmup
    Push ups: 3x9
    Squats: 3x9
    Inverted rows: 3x9
    Hanging knee raises: 2x10
    Wall handstand progression: 2x 20 secs

    basically progressing through exercises once I hit 3x9 for main three exercises and 2x10 on hanging leg raises. aiming for 60 second wall handstand.
    All going towards bulking. trying to stay going now while I'm off the weights.

    Strict hanging knee raises: 2x10
    Wall handstand progression: 1x 20 secs

    Severe rush of blood to the head on handstand attempt put me off... I should probably start with it anymore.

    all grand. Still unsure about the handstands.. maybe they'd go better as a daily little thing.

    I was mucking about with different exercises and strained my side at the weekend so I didn't push too much today.
    Decline push ups: 3x9
    Chin ups: 3x6
    Assisted pistols: 3x5
    Hanging leg raises: 2x6

    kept at the lower end of each rep range.. will increase soon though.
